• • Option 1 Work Dockets: Work dockets must clearly state the company, date, the hours and that you performed traffic control and your duties. The dockets must add up to at least 32 hours of stop slow using a bat and 2 instances of using a PTCD (if you are applying for PTCD) in the last 12 months. You may need additional documents to support your application, like a letter from your employer, a Q Leave Statement or site documents such as risk assessments.
  • Option 2 Letter from Employer: A letter from an employer must be on company letterhead and clearly state your name, the dates you were employed and that you performed 32 hours of controlling traffic with a stop slow bat and 2 instances of using a PTCD (if you are applying for PTCD) in the last 12 months. A template for this letter can be found here. You may need additional documents to support your application, such as risk assessments, Q Leave Statement or site documents.
  • Option 3 Challenge Test: If you are unable to provide evidence of currency you may be able to undertake a practical challenge test to verify your currency of industry practice. The assessment of your currency of industry practice evidence is at the discretion of the Registered Training Organisation. You may need additional documents to support your application, such as pay slips, risk assessments, Q Leave Statement or site documents.
